Target Projects is as an established Development and Project Management Consultancy with a strong history of delivering high profile projects in South Africa and one of the few that has vast experience with large scale multi-stakeholder infrastructure and mixed-use projects.
Target Projects has acted as project leaders on several prominent fast-track government projects in South Africa where a strong emphasis has been placed on business planning, strategic stakeholder engagement, financial and programme management in addition to Development & Project Management.
Target Projects has successfully completed and is currently involved in a number of private and public sector projects that have received high acclaim. Included is the Cape Town International Convention Centre 1, the Cape Town International Airport, the Cape Town Station Revitalisation 2010 and 2030 projects and the Cape Town Film Studios development. These are all multi-million dollar projects in which Target has acted as Development and Project Managers. Target Projects was part of the development of these projects from inception and has been involved with, inter alia programme management; master planning, setting up the project structures; integrating the institutional, business and capital expenditure programmes; and setting up Operational Readiness Programmes.
Target Projects received the prestigious PMR Africa’s 2008 Diamond Arrow award for achieving 1st overall in a national survey on Project Managers and has successfully completed a number of projects that garnered national and international awards.
